Job Summary
Direct project delivery by engaging clients and software partners to shape ideas into viable business initiatives for new software solutions. Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, managing costs, resources, and timelines while providing clear direction to the team, stakeholders, and executive management. Lead planning processes for governance, communication, testing, and risk management, actively managing scope changes and devising mitigation strategies. Serve as the focal point for all project communications, create key documentation including budgets and status reports, and analyze profitability metrics. Provide regular performance feedback, guide clients through change management, and participate in pre-sales to build relationships that generate future revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Understanding of generally accepted project management practices
- Knowledge of trends in project management techniques and approaches
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
