Project Manager - Reconstruction

Job Summary
Lead all project phases from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets and overseeing documentation to ensure progress and timely reporting. Maintain strategic oversight by identifying constructability issues, tracking equipment and material usage, and monitoring subcontractor performance against schedules and profit targets. Collaborate with the estimating team on proposals while cultivating relationships with clients, architects, and industry partners to drive engagement. Provide comprehensive project reporting and adapt to a combination of virtual and field involvement. Be available for occasional night and weekend work, local and out-of-area travel, and extreme weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years project management experience working on residential, commercial and/or ground up projects
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction administration, or equivalent related work experience
- Must be available for occasional night and weekend work as needed
- Travel is required
Desired Qualifications
- Some knowledge of sales and marketing
- Solid understanding of industry methods and procedures
