Project Manager - Real Estate

Direct the daily team operations and coordinate all project activities while serving as the primary point of contact with the client to maintain constant communication on project development. Establish communication lines with clients and contractors, define the project strategy, and propose specific procedures, procurement strategies, and contract termination indices. Manage cost plan evolution, define meeting strategies, and coordinate final contractor evaluations. Maintain the project risk register and ensure compliance with the CBRE Project Management Quality Management System. Prepare and submit monthly project status reports to the client and project leadership.
