Project Manager & Real Estate Consultant

Job Summary
Independently handle work packages across all project phases, taking responsibility for scheduling, cost control, quality management, tendering, and contract management. Structure reporting and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, project development, monitoring, and tenant-user experience. Lead technical due diligence processes while ensuring compliance with EU norms and Hungarian regulations. Act as a key contact for diverse project stakeholders, managing permits and investor supervision within the Hungarian construction market. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in MS Project. Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week is required.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or technical coordination of building construction projects.
- Active management of schedules, costs, and building quality.
- Good knowledge of the Hungarian construction and real estate market, and existing customer network.
- Practical knowledge of Hungarian regulations governing the investment and construction process, scopes of design services and investor supervision, construction contracts under Hungarian civil law (Ptk.), as well as advanced proficiency in using digital tools like MS Project.
- Experience in working with Hungarian authorities, permitting procedures, and public stakeholders.
- Experience in international project environments and multidisciplinary teams.
- Continuous expansion of professional networks, strong interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication when interacting with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, quick comprehension, excellent communication abilities, and a confident professional presence.
- Structured and independent way of working, with business orientated mindset.
- Very good command of English
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week, both regionally and internationally
