Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of Web and Mobile UI projects by leading the React & Web UI development team and conducting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Plan project scope, timelines, and milestones while coordinating with UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders. Participate in requirement analysis, provide technical solutions, and ensure adherence to coding standards and UI guidelines. Review code, mentor team members, and resolve issues to maintain high-quality project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of experience in Project Management and Frontend Development
- Strong hands-on experience in React JS and React Native
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience working with REST APIs and frontend state management
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in client-facing roles
