Job Summary
Lead engineering and advisory projects from planning through completion, managing conceptual and basic engineering activities for industrial and PV manufacturing facilities. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across different project phases while developing and monitoring schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by reviewing engineering concepts, layouts, and technical documentation, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation measures in cooperation with the project team, contributing to reporting and decision-making within the PMO structure. Support feasibility studies, technical assessments, and due diligence activities for new projects while collaborating closely with the Director of Projects and discipline leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or related discipline)
- 7–12 years of experience in engineering project management or engineering consulting
- Experience managing industrial engineering or plant design projects
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong understanding of engineering project delivery processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or equivalent
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
