Job Summary
Project Manager, R&D PMO leads cross-functional Core Teams to develop and commercialize new products within Hollister’s NPPD framework. Responsible for building integrated business and commercialization plans, planning and scheduling activities, managing budgets, ROI, and aligning with senior stakeholders. Coaches Core Team Leaders in project management methods, ensures delivery of high-quality, market-appropriate outputs, and supports annual planning with resource and financial input. Requires strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and customer-focused execution to drive innovation and results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years related experience
- PMP certification preferred
