Job Summary
Command the Project: Take full ownership and responsibility for all assigned projects from start to finish by overseeing phases, coordinating with internal sales, engineering, and service teams, and managing budgeting, scheduling, and successful execution. Build the Blueprint for Success by developing comprehensive project plans, communicating changes, selecting contractors, and consulting with clients to direct project development. Ensure Flawless Execution by managing customer support, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls. Guarantee Quality & Reliability through rigorous quality assurance, testing, and commissioning. Be a Master Communicator by writing clear reports and speaking with clients and internal teams to resolve conflicts. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, PMP certification preferred, and up to 20% travel within the So/No Cal Quinn sales territory.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of 7-10 years of extensive, hands-on project management experience
- Proven experience managing projects in a construction or manufacturing setting
