Job Summary
Project Manager in Queensland Rail’s Regional Project Delivery team, based in Brisbane CBD, responsible for leading complex project delivery across the state. Responsibilities include developing funding submissions and project plans (schedules, cost plans, cash flows), establishing resource needs and procurement strategies, coordinating with Contracts and Design teams, overseeing project execution with providers and external contractors, managing risks and stakeholder engagement, reporting progress and variances, and finalising projects through asset transfer, financial closure and governance. Requires demonstrated capability in applying project management methodologies in multidisciplinary environments, strong stakeholder relationship-building, and practical knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and design requirements.
