Job Summary
Own and manage multiple concurrent projects spanning Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Compliance. Act as the single source of truth for project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining and refining the company-level roadmap. Coordinate prioritization discussions with department leads and executives, then organize cross-functional meetings, team syncs, and executive updates to ensure accountability. Track progress against milestones, identify risks early, and drive mitigation strategies to prevent conflicts and bottlenecks. Establish consistent project management practices and reporting standards across teams. This role requires biannual profit-sharing bonuses and comprehensive benefits, with a base salary of $70,000 - $100,000. Fully onsite work is required at the Anaheim Hills location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse teams simultaneously
- Strong experience facilitating meetings with both individual contributors and executive leadership
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level goals into executable plans and timelines
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working alongside Engineering, Product, and Operations teams
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models (formal certification not required)
- Experience maintaining company-level roadmaps and executive reporting
- Strong judgment in prioritization, escalation, and trade-off discussions
- Background in regulated, fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations
