Job Summary
Lead end-to-end quality improvement and product development projects from concept through commercialization and launch in a dairy/Nutritional/FMCG setting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Innovation, and Marketing to deliver successful project outcomes. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs; manage risks, issues, and dependencies; support continuous improvement to enhance product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. Build dashboards, reports, and documentation to provide visibility and accountability; foster strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to PM capability across Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development functions. The role offers flexible work options and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related scientific discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent
