Job Summary
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and designers while providing technical guidance and mentorship. Apply hands-on coding skills to assess feasibility, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions, staying abreast of industry trends to inform decision-making. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle, implementing contingency plans and enforcing quality standards with the QA team. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, while developing and managing project budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and adherence to constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
- Strong coding background with proficiency in relevant programming languages
- In-depth understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
