Job Summary
Act as a strategic partner to the IPT Leader, managing project objectives for Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance while ensuring effective decision-making and escalating issues as required. Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap supporting the Product Evolution Plan, then coordinate with all stakeholders to monitor dependencies. Integrate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data related to Major Modifications to provide transparent project progress analysis. Manage risks and opportunities through identification, categorization, and recovery plans, utilizing specific project management tools to ensure optimal execution. Establish IPT governance, ensure effective communication, and create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field
- English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading) is essential
- minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management
- technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations
- strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- open-minded, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent teamwork abilities
- organized, skilled in time management, and able to work independently
- advanced skills with Google Suite and Planisware
