Job Summary
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed requirements and lead assigned Agile teams to ensure delivery and acceptance. Report metrics and KPIs on sprint results to stakeholders while building roadmaps for upcoming feature delivery. Lead moderate to large complex projects by providing strategic direction, designing dynamic project plans, and ensuring appropriate documentation to mitigate risk. Partner cross-functionally with customers to drive project delivery, leveraging influencing skills to manage work in a complex environment. Coach and develop a team of associates while communicating effectively with stakeholders across the company to manage and influence outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience using Jira to manage requirements, lead planning and develop/utilize reporting to track metrics
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Google Productivity suites
- At least 2 years Agile, Scrum or Kanban project management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, or a Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
