Job Summary
Conduct client-facing project management by receiving and analyzing briefing requests, building timing plans and cost estimates, and guiding client expectations while managing production issues. Solicit client feedback, communicate improvement areas to management, and establish working relationships with clients, transcreation partners, and production teams. Requires fluent business English, experience with project management tools like JIRA or Asana, and eCommerce content production knowledge. Hybrid remote work model with predominance of home office.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with eCommerce content production, including best practice and industry standards
- Experience working with project management software/tools (JIRA, Trello, Monday, Asana, ClickUp etc)
- Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure and follow established processes
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt communication style to the needs of various client counterparts and internal team members
- Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers
- Ability to understand organizational and process challenges, and to recommend improvements
- Fluent business English - both written and spoken
- Prior experience working in English
- Hybrid remote work model
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in digital production (origination or localisation), web and/or content publishing
