Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing assets for a large-scale U.S. retail account, overseeing always-on and campaign-based initiatives across multiple workstreams. Translate briefs and requirements into project plans, schedules, and task-level execution while coordinating high-volume asset production for digital channels including display, social, web, and paid media. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention while partnering with geographically dispersed teams and external vendors. Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, driving solutions in partnership with internal and client stakeholders to ensure delivery against tight deadlines and within budget. Maintain clear communication on status, milestones, and next steps while supporting continuous improvement of workflows and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in project management within an advertising, marketing, or digital production environment
- Experience supporting large-scale retail clients with high-volume production models and ability to deliver complex, multi-phase projects on time and within scope
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across overlapping timelines and stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of digital deliverables, including paid social, web, HTML5 display banners, animations, and video
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Adobe Workfront, SharePoint
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, and production teams
- Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure when priorities shift
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
