Job Summary
Oversee engineering, surveying, and professional firms for design projects while negotiating contracts and managing construction contractors. Review plans, specifications, and cost estimates; prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure timely project delivery. Maintain documentation, prepare council agenda items and purchase order requests, and coordinate bidding processes. Apply for external funds, review shop drawings and test reports, acquire easements, and coordinate utility relocations. Make presentations to elected officials and public groups. Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, one to three years of related experience, and a valid Missouri driver's license. Salary ranges from $79,830.40 to $119,745.60.
Required Qualifications
