Job Summary
Lead multiple commercial and public works construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through final completion while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and oversee project buyouts. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications while leading project meetings and coordinating project teams. Monitor project financial performance and forecasting, partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful execution, and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to deliver successful projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Public works experience
- Experience with Design-Build and/or CMAR projects
- Strong financial management and contract administration skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Public works experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Design-Build and/or CMAR projects preferred
