Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of structural engineering projects, including scope, budget, and schedule from conception through construction documents. Direct and mentor a design-engineering team to deliver high-quality structural deliverables, oversee design phases, and maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Prepare proposals to secure new projects and foster strong client relationships while contributing to the firm's technical knowledge and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering with project management
- PE license required, SE license preferred
- Strong proficiency in structural engineering software (RISA 3D, ETABS, etc.) and BIM tools (REVIT structural)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends
