Job Summary
Lead the development of new toilets and seats for North American and global markets, managing cross-functional teams through the entire development process using the KBDP methodology. Drive on-time, on-budget product launches with focus on performance, quality, and cost targets. Guide the KBDP process, identify and mitigate risks, mentor team members, and build strong relationships with senior management to align NPD goals and overcome obstacles. Responsibilities include leading budget, schedule, and resource management; fostering collaboration; and championing continuous improvement and creative problem-solving within the NPD team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a product development related field (engineering, manufacturing, marketing, or design)
- At least 8 years of experience in concurrent product development, including project management, product design, and/or engineering
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving process improvement
- Excellent communication skills to connect with colleagues at all levels
- The ability to make strategic decisions and navigate ambiguity
- A willingness to travel 10-20% of the time, including international trips
