Job Summary
Seasoned Project Manager to oversee infrastructure development projects, driving planning, organizing, and delivery while managing budgets, procurement, schedules, and cash flow. Develop compelling business cases for funding, lead procurement of consultants and contractors, monitor construction activities, ensure health and safety compliance, analyze bids, and maintain accurate project schedules. Strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, communication, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
