Job Summary
Oversee emergency restoration and rebuild projects for residential and commercial properties in Windsor, Ontario. Collaborate with insurance companies to meet requirements and performance indicators, evaluate sites, manage budgets, and develop accurate cost estimates. Lead subcontractors, monitor safety, ensure adherence to IICRC guidelines, and drive KPI-driven project delivery. Maintain documentation, manage expenditures, engage vendors, and foster clear communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in restoration or property management
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of insurance in a restoration/property management environment
- Flexibility to work beyond traditional hours, including evenings and weekends (on-call for emergencies)
- Bonus points for: IICRC certification
- Terrion/Home Construction License
