Job Summary
The Project Manager will perform property condition assessments while managing multiple projects, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing project communications, quality assurance review, and relationship management with clients and team members. The manager should have excellent communication and writing skills, a strong understanding of building science, and proven experience in delivering quality products on time. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, or engineering discipline
- 5+ years relevant experience in construction management or due diligence services
- 5+ years experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessments
- 1 to 2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in project estimating/proposals
- Quality assurance (QA) skills
- Strong skills in due diligence consulting
