Job Summary
Project Manager to join Christchurch team delivering a diverse portfolio of Property & Buildings projects. Responsibilities include managing projects from initiation through delivery and close-out, preparing plans, briefs and fee estimates, maintaining client/stakeholder relationships, communicating progress and risks, supporting budgeting/forecasting/invoicing, and identifying opportunities to add value while applying structured project management methodologies. Requires a proactive, organized approach, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a client-focused mindset; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in Property, Engineering, Construction or a related field
