Project Manager

Manage day-to-day execution of deliverables across all SOW task areas, working alongside the Program Manager to set priorities and coordinate client and stakeholder activity. Maintain the Project Management Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, and Work Breakdown Structure while preparing bi-weekly status and monthly progress reports covering task status, milestones, issues, and risks. Schedule and facilitate Government meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and distribute meeting minutes within required turnaround times. Track all deliverables against acceptance criteria and due dates, ensuring drafts are submitted with sufficient lead time. Support the Quality Control Plan by reviewing deliverables prior to COR submission and maintain the risk register to track mitigation actions and escalate emerging risks. This role supports the evaluation of a Federal Healthcare Agency's organizational structure and knowledge management practices.
