Job Summary
Oversee project management teams and coordinate personnel and third-party contractors to deliver projects on strict deadlines and within budget. Define project objectives, manage the full lifecycle from sales handoff to execution, and conduct site visits for proposal and contract development. Interact with customers, engineers, and vendors during design and planning phases to develop schedules, identify critical path items, and anticipate cost or schedule risks. Communicate regular project status updates covering schedule, financials, quality, and safety while coordinating work crews and equipment. Travel as needed to manage field leadership and complete required internal and customer training.
Required Qualifications
- A working knowledge and understanding of engineering plans and specifications
- Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of machinery, heavy construction, and basic principles of industrial project flow
- Basic math and geometry
- Planning and leadership skills
- An understanding of construction contracts
- Windows-based software applications
- Good time management skills
- Some Rigging/Technical experience
- Experience enough to meet or exceed the essential duties listed above
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Must be able to work with and manage field leadership
- Must complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system
- Must complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access
