Job Summary
Project Manager to lead architectural construction projects from planning through execution across diverse assets (offices, hotels, data centers, factories, mixed-use facilities). Drive strategy and implementation, integrate quality, cost, schedule, and risk management, and coordinate internal/external stakeholders (clients, designers, contractors, vendors) to deliver value-aligned space solutions and long-term partnerships. Responsible for aligning client requirements with project delivery, leveraging best practices, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget while maintaining client trust.
Required Qualifications
- 建築施工プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーとして5年以上の実務経験を有し、プロジェクト全体を主導したご経験
- 優れたリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーション能力を発揮し、品質・コスト・スケジュールを統合的に管理しながら、期日および予算内でプロジェクトを完遂した実績
- 自発的に課題を捉え、状況に応じた判断・意思決定ができるとともに、クライアント要望や計画変更など、変化に柔軟に対応できる対応力
- エグゼクティブスポンサー、クライアント、社内外のステークホルダーに対し、信頼関係を構築し、合意形成や影響力をもってプロジェクトを推進した経験
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager in architectural/construction projects
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage quality, cost, schedule, and risk
- ability to adapt to changing client requirements and maintain client relationships
- experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders (clients, designers, contractors, vendors)
- experience driving projects to completion within deadlines and budget
