Job Summary
Lead the design, planning and construction management for real estate facilities projects, coordinating scope of work, scheduling, drawings and budgets across mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural disciplines; drive project initiation, planning, execution and completion to meet client objectives; prepare agendas and materials, lead meetings, and maintain master project budgets and timelines; coordinate vendor RFQs/RFPs, review change orders and invoices, and keep building management apprised of progress; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, with strong client relations, budgeting, and coordination capabilities; proficient in reading architectural/engineering drawings and MS Office; Cushman & Wakefield offers comprehensive benefits and compensation will reflect location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business
- Experience in client relations, client management and consulting
- Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion
- Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
