Prepare agendas, develop master project budgets and timelines, and maintain building management progress updates for designated projects. Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, and construction phases while overseeing consultant and construction team selection. Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to confer with clients on costs and impacts, adhering to corporate, building, and client policies. Report major problems and findings to supervisors with recommendations, securing approvals for organizational changes and expenditures exceeding approved budgets. Maintain high performance standards and stay current with engineering, architecture, and safety regulations.
