Job Summary
Manage client implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Customer Engagement software by determining implementation methods, monitoring progress, and managing constraints including scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources. Prepare communication, risk, and quality management plans while providing status reports to executive sponsors. Lead the project team, handle HR-related issues, and assist in pre-sales activities. Travel occasionally on short notice to support global delivery. Follow client Information Security Policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end to end projects
- Previous hands-on experience in ERP implementations
- Professional accreditation in a recognized project delivery methodology such as Scrum Master Certification, Prince 2 or PMI
- Proven experience in delivering projects applying Agile Methodologies
- Excellent knowledge on DevOps
- Ability to travel, sometimes on short notice
