Job Summary
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration, manage small teams (typically 2–4 people), collaborate with clients/consultants/contractors to ensure project success, develop and produce design documentation across all phases, coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical details, ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards, participate in construction administration (submittals, site visits, RFIs), provide mentorship to junior team members, and maintain schedule and quality through effective stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 8–15 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience managing projects and small teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
