Job Summary
Oversee implementation activities for InstaMed Enterprise customers, managing initiation, planning, execution, and performance control while communicating status and risks to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Technical Implementation Managers to deliver requested integrations and functionality, creating documented scopes of work, business requirements, and status reports. Manage client expectations through effective communication, coordinate project meetings, and facilitate working sessions to ensure quality, on-schedule implementations. Address customer and partner risks, negotiate solution options, and prepare clients for operational readiness before transitioning to business as usual. Travel up to 20% to customer sites for onsite meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- at least 5 years of project management experience within the healthcare and/or payments industry
- at least 5 years of experience managing the delivery of technology projects within the healthcare and/or payments industry
- Project management experience with the proven ability to manage projects within a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a technology company
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and/or payments industry
- Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of multiple implementations
- Ability to rapidly understand the InstaMed Platform and solutions
- Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
- Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
- Healthcare or payment experience
- PMP certification
- Travel to customer sites for onsite meetings as required
- Expected travel up to 20%
