Project Manager Professional Services Benelux

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and hardware implementation projects in hospital and pharmacy environments across Europe, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless communication, resource alignment, and successful project outcomes. Manage multiple initiatives in an Agile/Active project management approach, plan around national and international customer requirements, monitor and forecast progress, and provide ongoing reporting. Act as point of contact for customers and internal BD stakeholders, coordinate internal alignment meetings, and support Pre-Sales activities. Role is home-based with travel to customer sites in the territory (up to 30%). Requires growth mindset, servant leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse nationalities. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, and a valid driver’s license and passport are required.
