Project Manager

Lead project momentum from initiation through closure by defining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors. Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules while proactively managing scope, schedule, and budget. Design, document, and continuously improve project management processes, frameworks, templates, and guidelines to foster consistent execution. Manage project tracking, task management, and reporting processes while serving as the primary contact for active projects, providing consistent updates to leadership. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating appropriately. Requires a Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, with PMP certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months. Must possess strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. Ability to travel to off-site facilities is required.
