Job Summary
Project Manager Production responsible for coordinating cable production across all project phases, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing execution, monitoring production progress and deviations, developing and following up on production budget, schedule and manufacturing plans, overseeing risk management, representing Production in project meetings and with customers, and participating in production-related investments and testing activities as required. Requires clear communication, adaptability, and collaborative coordination across functions and departments in a fast-paced, global environment. Based in Karlskrona, Sweden; BSc in engineering or related field and fluency in Swedish and English are expected.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree within engineering, industrial economics, project management or another relevant field
- Relevant work experience within production, project coordination or similar is meritorious, but personal qualities, motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Experience and understanding of working with project plans
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
