Project Manager, Production - New York Region

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end event execution from design through load-out, including preparing technical schedules, securing resources, and leading onsite teams. Monitor project scope, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with production standards while managing budgets and vendor payments. Act as the primary client contact to address concerns, review sales documents, and complete post-event reporting and equipment returns. Support Associate Project Managers on multi-PM events and develop SOPs to drive consistency. Requires BA/BS degree, 4+ years of technical experience, and ability to travel up to 50% with irregular hours and on-call status.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry
- 1+ year of Supervisory experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong Technical Background
- Strong Client relationship skills
- Familiarity with budgets and cost control
- Operational logistics experience
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple complex job functions within a fast-paced environment
- MS Office experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
