Job Summary
Lead multifaceted project leadership for new High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and OOAK product development from initial concept through launch. Serve as primary contact with external vendors, driving timelines, identifying risks, and resolving issues while maintaining alignment across internal and external partners. Partner cross-departmentally to ensure timely decisions and clear ownership, executing and tracking sample orders to ensure proper disposition. Maintain PLM and Oracle systems for data integrity, manage physical inventory of active development pieces, and continuously prioritize competing project needs based on launch requirements and critical path. Execute documentation for new development and active finished goods, presenting clear options and recommended next steps when escalation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4+ years of professional jewelry Project Manager / Product Development experience
- Working knowledge of modern jewelry manufacturing techniques
