Job Summary
Project Manager, Product Delivery for Public Assets drives end-to-end fund launches and product-change initiatives (OEIC, SICAV, ETF) within the Public Assets portfolio. Lead cross-functional delivery with Investment, Distribution and Operations to ensure compliant, timely launches and client-led outcomes. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, navigate regulatory requirements, identify risks and dependencies early, and continuously improve delivery processes. Requires proven PM experience in investment management, strong written and verbal communication, and effective negotiation across diverse stakeholders. Be a team player who can operate at all levels in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities. Roles sits within the Product team in M&G Asset Management with ~50-strong Product Delivery specialists; collaboration with Operations, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Governance to ensure safe delivery. Must understand related regulations (e.g., UCITS, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SDR, SFDR) and be capable of influencing and negotiating to meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering fund launches and product changes in investment management
- Experience with OEICs, ETFs, SICAVs and related regulatory frameworks
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver end-to-end projects to tight deadlines in a regulatory environment
- Willingness to work with cross-functional teams including Investment, Distribution, Operations, Legal, Tax and Compliance
- Knowledge of UCITS, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SDR, SFDR is a plus
- Team-oriented, able to influence at all levels and across functions
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver pragmatic solutions
