Project Manager

Review and approve invoices, time cards, and contract documents; create and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost-to-complete reports. Lead direct reports, distribute drawings and specifications, and issue purchase orders and subcontracts. Submit shop drawings, RFIs, and product data for approval while communicating with customers and internal teams. Maintain project milestones, sequence plans, and look-ahead schedules. Ensure all work aligns with contractual requirements and corporate safety policies. Requires a valid driver's license, three years of construction experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
