Job Summary
Lead concurrent customer-facing and internal projects from planning through go-live, hyper-care, and operational handoff. Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery against business commitments. Develop project plans, milestones, and dashboards while driving cross-functional coordination across Operations, IT, Engineering, and Commercial teams. Establish governance frameworks, conduct complexity assessments, and facilitate process-to-system workshops to define workflows and validate integrations. Coordinate cutover planning, UAT cycles, and post-launch support while maintaining executive summary dashboards and escalating issues early. Prepare Steering Committee updates and post-implementation reviews to track progress and mitigate risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Supply chain graduates with approximately two years of experience and/or preferably MBA graduates
- 5+years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery management
- Competent and proficient understanding of PC platforms and software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows, Teams
- Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications
- Supply chain, logistics, distribution, operations, or related experience
- Platform governance, systems ownership, business process improvement, or system implementation experience
- Experience supporting UAT, integrations, data readiness, cutover planning, post-go-live support, or PMP certification
