Job Summary
Lead design and implementation of privacy data protection and compliance plans while acting as a trusted advisor on federal cybersecurity best practices. Manage a cross-functional team to track rotating program initiatives, deadlines, and phased implementation, overseeing weekly and monthly reporting of metrics and presentations. Support organization change planning and modernization by prioritizing business needs and navigating user experience challenges. Maintain quality control by reviewing deliverables, managing resources to meet deadlines, and identifying lessons learned to drive solutions. Participate in hiring and staff professional development within a multi-workstream environment. Requires PMP certification, 11+ years of experience supporting federal information assurance programs, and Public Trust Clearance. Hybrid schedule with onsite availability in Washington D.C. and Rockville, MD.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- PMP certification
- Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
- 11+ years of experience supporting leading multi-workstream programs
- Experiencing supporting federal information assurance, cyber, privacy, or related programs
- MILITARY OCCUPATIONAL SPECIALTY CODES (MOS codes): 170A, 170D, 17A, 17B, 17C, 17D, 24B, 25B, 47D, 94F, IT, 17 5309, 6203, 9735, 9740, 9890, 9891
