Job Summary
Lead enterprise pricing initiatives, including new system implementations, process redesign, and capability enhancements. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and dashboards to ensure transparency across Pricing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams. Translate pricing strategy into actionable workstreams, coordinate configuration and deployment, and manage change management activities for adoption. Track risks, dependencies, and status updates while driving user acceptance testing and post-launch stabilization. Design standardized processes, governance routines, and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and improve quote turnaround. Facilitate executive updates, guide workstream leads, and support continuous improvement efforts to strengthen pricing discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in project management, pricing, commercial operations, business transformation, systems implementation, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of pricing processes, including price setting, price execution, quoting, approvals, discount governance, margin management, and performance measurement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to structure, prioritize, track, and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, change management, training, and system deployment activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex system and process topics into clear actions and decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and manage competing priorities without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt project plans as business priorities change
Desired Qualifications
- advanced degree or project management certification preferred
- Experience implementing pricing, quoting, ERP, CRM, revenue management, or other commercial technology platforms strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
