Job Summary
Lead national, multi-site technology deployment projects from kickoff through completion by developing schedules, rollout strategies, and managing internal teams, subcontractors, and field technicians. Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, monitor timelines and budgets, identify risks early, and provide executive-level reporting. Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements while ensuring safe, on-schedule delivery with exceptional customer satisfaction. Fully remote position with high visibility to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience managing large-scale deployments, field operations, or multi-site implementation projects
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects with numerous stakeholders
- Strong background managing project schedules, budgets, timelines, and customer expectations
- Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, subcontractors, or installation partners
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise-level customers
- Experience using project management software such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
