Job Summary
Lead preconstruction planning, scheduling, and engineering coordination for renewable energy projects (onshore wind, solar, and energy storage). Ensure civil, electrical, and permitting milestones are met ahead of construction; manage contractor and vendor engagement with engineering, development, and procurement teams; identify risks and maintain project readiness from design through mobilization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of renewable energy project or construction management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- PMP certification a plus; ability to travel up to 25%
