Job Summary
Project Manager for steel erection in Colorado responsible for coordinating fabricators to monitor drawing changes, submitting RFIs, coordinating with trades for schedule compliance, overseeing material deliveries, and working with the general superintendent on job schedules and durations. Will run Trimble Connect to survey anchor bolts and elevations, oversee foremen’s ProCore inputs, and maintain AISC certifications as designated by AISC standards. Requires travel to jobsites daily and proactive collaboration with the general superintendent and other stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of steel erection project management
- Minimum of five years of commercial steel industry experience
- Experience with AISC compliance
- High School diploma, preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management
