Project Manager – Power Generation

Job Summary
Lead delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including utility-scale CT and CCGT plants and behind-the-meter energy solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids). Coordinate across engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction to develop and maintain schedules, cost tracking, and risk registers; ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and regulatory requirements; support commissioning, energization, and handover. Interface with Clients, OEMs, grid operators, and suppliers; provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance; produce formal project status reports and manage multiple projects to apply design standards. On-site presence required depending on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- PMP or equivalent preferred
