Job Summary
Project Manager to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects including utility-scale CT and CCGT plants and behind-the-meter (BTM) and distributed energy solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids). Responsible for project coordination, execution, and performance management across cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Collaborate with Owner/Developers, engineers and supply chains; manage day-to-day execution of CT/CCGT, BTM solutions; coordinate across engineering disciplines, procurement and suppliers; develop and maintain level 3/4 schedule, cost tracking and forecast, risk and issues registers; support integration of multi-technology systems; interface with clients, OEMs and grid operators; monitor progress against scope, cost and schedule; support change management, claims and contract administration; ensure HSSE, quality and regulatory compliance; assist in commissioning, energization and handover; produce formal status reports; manage multiple projects concurrently; manage supplier interfaces via trackers and reviews; forecast milestones and budgets; provide cost control and constructability guidance; perform independent reviews of submittals and costs; foster client relationships and maximize opportunities; promote best-practice governance, processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP or equivalent preferred
- 5-10+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- Experience with CT / CCGT projects or BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
- Strong understanding of gas turbine and steam cycle systems
- Experience across EPC, EPCM, or owner’s engineer environments
