Job Summary
Project Manager for Power Generation responsible for leading the delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects (including CT/CCGT, behind-the-meter storage like BESS, fuel cells, CHP, hybrids, and microgrids). Key duties include coordinating owners/developers, engineers, and supply chains; managing day-to-day execution across schedule, cost, and technical objectives; developing and maintaining level 3/4 schedules, cost tracking, risk/issue registers; interfacing with clients, OEMs, and grid-interconnection teams; monitoring progress against scope, cost, and schedule; supporting change management, claims, and contract administration; ensuring HSSE, quality, and regulatory compliance; assisting in commissioning, energization, and handover; and providing cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance. Requires strong leadership on large-scale capital programs ($100M+) and experience across EPC/EPCM/owner’s engineer environments. On-site presence may vary by client needs; recognizes a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- PMP or equivalent preferred
