Project Manager – Power Generation

Project Manager sought to lead delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including utility-scale CT and CCGT power plants and behind-the-meter energy solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids). Responsibilities include coordinating with Owner/Developers, engineers, and supply chains; managing day-to-day execution of CT/CCGT and BTM solutions; cross-disciplinary coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction; developing and maintaining multi-level schedules, cost tracking, and risk registers; supporting integration of multi-technology systems; interfacing with clients, OEMs, and grid operators; monitoring progress against scope, cost, and schedule; supporting change management, claims, and contract administration; ensuring HSSE, quality, and regulatory compliance; assisting in commissioning, energization, and handover; and producing formal project status reports. Requires 5-10+ years in power generation/distributed energy, leadership on large-scale capital programs, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent preferred. Additional emphasis on governance, value engineering, constructability guidance, and cross-functional collaboration is noted throughout the role.
