Job Summary
Project Manager – Power Generation responsible for delivering complex energy infrastructure projects (utility-scale CT and CCGT plants, behind-the-meter storage and distributed energy systems) with focus on coordinating scope, cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Responsibilities include stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and client interfaces; developing and maintaining multi-technology schedules and forecasts; managing change, claims, contracts, and governance; ensuring HSSE, quality, and regulatory compliance; commissioning, energization, and handover; and providing leadership in cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance. Requires 5-10+ years in power generation/distributed energy, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and PMP or equivalent preferred. On-site presence required; Fort Worth, TX based with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- Proven experience delivering CT/CCGT projects and/or BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
- Strong understanding of gas turbine and steam cycle systems
- Experience with hybrid and integrated energy systems
- Demonstrated leadership on large-scale capital programs ($100M+)
- Experience across EPC, EPCM, or owner’s engineer environments
- PMP or equivalent preferred
